The PSOE asked for a commission of inquiry into contracts Urbatisa with the city of Murcia and its links with PP councilors (02/08/2016)

PSOE spokesman in the city of Murcia, José Ignacio Gras, today announced that the Socialist Group will propose the creation of a Commission of Inquiry on works contracts consistory with the company Urbatisa, while maintained as their main beneficiary of maintenance contracts public.

"We want to contribute our grain of sand to detoxify this matter," he said, "and move to the prosecutor all the information we can gather."

Gras said that "we need to open windows and remove drawer papers that may exist to dispel any shadow of doubt exists about the alleged connivance of preferential treatment that may exist in this case, as in others of the City of Murcia, with councilors of the Popular Party who were in the municipal government or who had been at the time of award of contracts ".

Jose Ignacio Gras refers to the information published today by the newspaper La Verdad, in the sense that the prosecution is investigating an alleged plot contract that was led by councilman Antonio Sanchez Carrillo.

Some contracts that would have been favorable treatment for the company, the head of which would be a figurehead leader of the Popular Party.

The request of the Commission of Inquiry will be raised by the Socialist Group in Parliament next September, and it will be claimed, among other issues, the documentary support and economic and financial justification for the award of contracts of the City with this company.

A relationship that apparently developed for at least fourteen years, and that was substantial economic quantities.
