The City Council prepares to take ownership of 8,880 meters roads owned by the Autonomous Community, whose assignment agreement is part of the construction of the Coastal North and South Description of Sangonera la Verde.

This has been the object of the meeting this morning between the councilman of Promotion, Roque Ortiz, and the general director of Roads, Jose Antonio Fernandez Lladó, which also analyzed the data update, investment and transfers made.

Under the agreement into force, the transfer of the City regional road is carried out in coordination with the income of the Autonomous Community of the amounts provided for in the agreement.

Thus, the recent payment of 9.9 million euros for 2016 annuity involves the transfer of about 8.88 kilometers of infrastructure, which will materialize in the near future.

This is the F1 (Barrio del Progreso-Algezares), F5 (La Azacaya-San Jose de la Vega), F9 (Bacons Bridge-Barca Salazar) and F7 (Cuatro Caminos-La Barca de Salazar) roads.

Once this assignment materializes, it will be fulfilled 52.26% of the transfers and the 54.91% of the payments provided for in that agreement.

The change of ownership affects roads, for their functionality, have been assumed by the opening to traffic of the new Coastal North and South.

The Monitoring Committee determines which are assigned at all times, in proportion to the economic value that is transferred.

The transfer is done with the infrastructure in perfect condition.

The construction of the Coastal North and South -of currently have implemented the first two phases-was carried out by the agreement between the two administrations, with the commitment of the Autonomous Community funded from different budget annuities works that the City would undertake in advance, depending on the project and Urbamusa address.

Annual contributions are carried out according to the agreed amounts and in time with the transfer, maintenance and conservation of different ways.
