The PSOE is satisfied with the approval of eight of the nine motions introduced in the House of Murcia, including Joven Futura (31/07/2016)

Among the initiatives that came forward a motion of urgency about Joven Futura, compliance with that 8 percent of the budget is managed by the districts and the institution of proceedings for the revision of trade to the works of excavation and the AVE

For the Municipal Socialist Group, the balance of the regular plenary session held last July Thursday the city of Murcia is very satisfactory.

Eight of the nine motions for discussion were adopted (five of them own and three other opposition groups), and only was turned down (with the votes against the PP and the abstention of Citizens) on to the building of the Center for Reconciling Work and Family Life of El Palmar is integrated into the network of municipal nursery school.

Among the initiatives that came forward, stands a motion of urgency about Joven Futura was discussed at the end of the plenary session.

This was one of the two initiatives coordinated by the Socialist Group in the case of urbanization and land Joven Futura.

On the one hand, to promote an active abstention legally guarantees the more than 1,300 homeowners that following the Supreme Court ruling they had been unprotected.

At the same time, he got the approval of that emergency motion only with their votes and the abstention of other groups, to protect lands that are not yet built, so they continue to be considered as grounds orchard and, therefore with very low building density.

8 percent for Meetings

Another motions that were adopted is that the City apply in the Budget 2017 the recent judgment of the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia for 8 percent of budgetary resources are managed directly by the districts, through the municipal boards of neighborhoods and districts, and thus comply with Article 40 of the Rules of Participation.

Councilman Enrique Ayuso said during the debate that the PSOE has reiterated that it is necessary to guarantee economic sufficiency of the Boards and that they have the economic ability to carry out the objective of decentralization of municipal policies through the closest bodies to daily life of the residents of our town.

For this, besides the application of the judgment, the motion urges the municipal government team to be dowry to the Boards of sufficient technical and human resources in order to achieve efficient management of public expenditure, with due guarantees control of it.

The PSOE also defended in Parliament that nursing professionals are incorporated in municipal nursery schools, while be encouraged to expand the presence of the medical staff in public schools.

In addition, the Plenum approved the City Council, the Ministry of Health and the College of Nursing establish coordination mechanisms to implement these agreements.

The session of the debate was attended by a representative of the board of the College of Nursing, headed by its president Amelia Corominas, who, the day after the plenary on Friday sent a letter of thanks to the Socialist Group, with particular reference to the councilwoman Maite Espinosa for having moved this proposal to the City of Murcia.

Indeed, the Councillor Maite Espinosa said in the motion that "the professional School Nursing is not integrated in the centers, although the efficiency of implementing programs of health education at early ages is sufficiently demonstrated. This educational function, by the care or prevention and health promotion, is taken in a timely manner by primary care teams whose program does not carry unaccompanied track the effectiveness of each of the interventions made. with the inclusion of a nurse in schools could make a welfare function, prevention of diseases and health problems and act as a mediating agent between family, school and health ".

The other two motions approved by the Socialist Group were defended by Juan Vicente Larrosa.

On the one hand, they provide, on the one hand, the construction of a dam to prevent flooding caused by the Rambla de Tabala, affecting large areas of Alquerías, Zeneta and the municipality of Beniel.

The initiative contemplated that the City Council urge the relevant authorities to promote this work, spatially through the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura.

He went ahead with the vote in favor of the Socialist group, PP and Citizens, and refraining from now and change.

Moreover, Larrosa defended the valorisation of the house-chapel of the hero and murciano illustrious personage, Antonete Galvez, in Torreagüera, and the creation of an interpretation center about her figure, taking into account the conservation of all traces that is in the place where he was born, he lived and died, in order to preserve the historical memory and fleshing into space.

Finally, this motion was approved unanimously with a commitment to develop a map of cultural and historical resources of the municipality, where the remains of the house-chapel of Murcia hero are included.

Motions joint opposition

With the abstention of the PP in two of them and vote against the remaining, the four opposition groups (PSOE, Citizens Now Murcia and change Murcia) they got to see approved three joint motions presented their debate in plenary .

The first one was on the assessment of health resources in the municipality of Murcia, which includes important agreements to boost the construction and provision of health facilities and equipment in various neighborhoods and districts Murcia.

A motion that includes many of the demands made by the PSOE and entities such as the Association of Users of Health.

The second of the motions jointly advocated by the opposition, which aroused extensive debate, was on bringing an administrative appeal on the arrival of the AVE to Murcia.

This initiative was supported by the residents of the affected neighborhoods, grouped in the Platform Burying of the railway, which in a large group peopled 'aviaries' for the public attending plenary sessions.

In his speech, the Socialist spokesman Jose Ignacio Gras said that "there is no excuse for delay delay delay", referring to a recent statement by Mayor Ballesta.

Gras was firm and said that "we must use all our pressure on Development, because we do not know what the project was modified to start from Tiñosa, or what the deadlines for tender or funding are".

The last of the initiatives promoted by the four opposition groups was the creation of a Municipal Business Registration Insertion, which incorporate a financing of such companies in the subsidies granted by the City Council for Employment Promotion.

In the debate the contributions made by Caritas and Emmaus Traperos entities, which in the region of Murcia leading these businesses are thanked.
