Navarro Corchón: "Now Murcia demonstrates once again its total ignorance regarding the current planning regulations" (21/07/2016)

The popular councilman says, "the road homes located in Alicante will be able to be licensed for conservation and maintenance, owners only when they deem it appropriate, the ground will have a tertiary or service development"

The popular council, Antonio Navarro said that Corchón Angeles Councilwoman Group Municipal Micol Now Murcia, demonstrates once again, "his total ignorance in relation to the current planning regulations."

In this sense, Navarro Corchón, has indicated that during the Commission plenary Urbanism held this morning, "Reportedly, the revised text of an amendment to the General Plan and approved prior to complete different observations of legality" and said that "these homes are on the road of Alicante, they are inserted in an industrial area and found so from the Plan Ribas Piera, 1978, that he joined an industrial partial Plan".

So he assured the councilor responsible for the area, "these homes will be able to be licensed for conservation and maintenance, owners only when they deem it appropriate, the ground will have a tertiary or service development."

Moreover, Navarro explained that the PP not have sudden interest in applying the Noise Act, but is "mandatory legislation".

Finally, the mayor said Councilwoman Murcia now has no other interest than to "confuse Murcia and show their ignorance in planning matters".
