The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, and the Dean of the Bar Association of Murcia, Francisco Martínez-Escribano, attended this afternoon at the opening of the garden 'legal aid lawyers' and the discovery of the sculpture dedicated to this professional group.
"Coinciding with the celebration of Day of legal aid and on duty, we wanted to pay homage to these professionals with a sculpture dedicated 'Al duty lawyer' and which is assigned by the Bar Association of Murcia," the mayor.
Specifically, the steel sculpture on a concrete base, dominated by a large toga steel, is in the garden located opposite the IES Ramón y Cajal, for the full agreement and unanimity of all groups, it has been named the garden of the 'Attorneys Office.
This, which adjoins the City of Justice, newly created green zone covers an area of ​​over 7,300 square meters, with more than 5,000 square meters of lawn and near a hundred trees and palms.
The garden also features a children's play area and serves the residents of the hamlet of Los Dolores and the end of the neighborhood of El Infante.
