After passing through the Ateneo de Madrid and Zincshower festival of creative industries, a renewed version of the installation 'Extendable Lamp Project' deal from tomorrow, July 12, the main hall of the Center Castilla doors.
It is a spectacular light structure built with more than 1,500 pieces of cardboard, scheduled to move and react to stimuli from users of the room and serve as a support and open to the public stage.
Is intended to be a Speakers' Corner culturally open to hosting multiple activities and projects of all kinds (performing arts, performances, photography, workshops ...)
The piece is designed by architect Carlos Jimenez with the collective House Leganitos, and is assisted in Tom digital programming and production Svilans cartonLAB.
For its implementation the project has a grant provided by the ArchitectureSchool Bartlett of London.
The facility is located in a room of 150 m2 in which the possibility of having basic furnishing for the development of the activities proposed is offered.
The whole process will be documented audio-visually assessing the interactions of the participants with the part.
