In yesterday at a checkpoint in Bacons Bridge, a vehicle was intercepted at a strange maneuver;
after inspection 1.1 kilograms of cocaine was found.
The two occupants were arrested and the vehicle was involved
National Police agents have proceeded to the arrest of two persons of Spanish nationality, 24 and 26 years old respectively, as alleged perpetrators of a crime against public health.
As a result of the program for preventing burglaries, established by the Police Headquarters of Murcia, Unit Prevention and Response is conducting various monitoring devices, randomly, to prevent these crimes.
In yesterday, about 14:00 pm, a static vehicle control device in the hamlet of Bacons Bridge was established.
At one point, a vehicle after noticing the police presence made a strange maneuver which alerted the agents who who proceeded to intercept the car and identification of all occupants
In the area enabled control for vehicle inspection, the identified pair showed great nervousness which raised the alert among the acting agents;
in the rear seats a bag inside which a bulky package was found was found.
After inspecting the inside it was found that cocaine was so proceeded to the arrest of the two occupants, the intervention of the vehicle and the seizure of the drug.
The narcotic substance was thrown operated weighing approximately 1,100 grams.
The operation was carried out by the Prevention and Response Unit of the Provincial Brigade of Public Security Police Headquarters of Murcia.
