Murcia hamlet of Los Martínez del Puerto celebrates the 75th anniversary of the arrival of their employers this year: St. Peter the Apostle and Our Lady of Wonders.
And it does so with the appointment of the Virgin as a perpetual mayor of the town, which has given him the baton.
An act that took place yesterday, Solemnity of St. Peter and St. Paul in the Eucharist which was presided over by the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena and in which various natural priests of the people involved.
On the occasion of this anniversary there have been various celebrations that began the first weekend of June.
At 20:00 pm yesterday began the procession with the images of the Holy Virgin and whose festivities are held together in Los Martínez del Puerto on June 29.
After the parade there was verbena and fireworks.
