95% of graduates in law from the Catholic University of Murcia have passed the examination 2016 Master Access to the legal profession.
The evaluation consisted of a written theoretical and practical content with multiple answers, where students have answered a total of 100 questions on various topics of the profession ethics and professional and judicial organization, civil and commercial law, criminal law, evidence labor and administrative litigation and administrative law.
It is the first time that each region welcomes the completion of this review, which until now was held in Madrid.
The final grade of students has been the result of the average of 70% of the score on the assessment test and 30% of the grade in the master.
It is the third time this examination is held after the entry into force of Law 34/2006, of October 30, on access to the professions of attorney and the courts.
Thus, the European Union demands have three requirements to practice the profession of lawyer: The title of degree, the master of law and said final exam.
