The Minister of Public Works met in Madrid with the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing
The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Pedro Rivera, signed today with the Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, Julio Gómez-Pomar, an addendum to the agreement regeneration of Los Rosales in the Murcian hamlet of El Palmar to expand in 259 the number of houses to be rehabilitated.

It also includes an increase in investment compared contemplated in the agreement signed in December 2014 with a total budget of 3,160,670 euros.
The project is funded by the three administrations.
The initial action in the Area Regeneration and Urban Renewal (ARRU) Los Rosales, whose works are already completed, involved the rehabilitation of 379 homes, distributed in 14 blocks, where the facades are adequate, has been renewed sanitation and areas have improved access to housing.
In addition, they redesigned the common areas of the neighborhood and has been renovated paving, furniture and lighting.
