More than 8,400 schoolchildren from 80 schools in the municipality know the rules of pedestrian traffic (14/06/2016)

A total of 8,447 students in grades 5 Primary 80 schools and districts of Murcia this year have participated in the talks that the local police assigned to the Children's Traffic Park taught in schools.

This activity is intended that students know the rules of pedestrian traffic, acquire habits of behavior and prudence in the use of roads as pedestrian and discover the importance and meaning of traffic signs.

A section is reserved for bicycle riding, teaching him the rules and signals that affect this vehicle and the right places for use and driving.

The first phase of this activity takes place in classrooms where students answer a test to assess the previous knowledge about this subject and envision the film Learn to move with us.

Then they perform practices with bikes and karts on the ski facilities Children's Traffic Park where they perform a circuit bikes and karts in which real traffic conditions are simulated, so they experience in practice the contents acquired through of the talks.
