The control center Murcia Fire last year received more than 9,000 emergency calls (10/06/2016)

The Governing Board has given the green light to the specifications for hire Service maintenance of digital integrator Communications Service Fire Fighting and Rescue, thanks to which emergency care is available at all times, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

Fire integrator, communications hub, requires adequate maintenance service to cover any incident that may have an impact on the operational service, keeping it running even though some of its components fail.

The mission of digital communications integrator Fire is the simultaneous management of multiple systems based on different and incompatible technologies together, from a touchscreen communications.

In this way everything is managed from a single screen avoiding manipulation in control of numerous devices.

Currently operators Command Center Operations Coordination and Fire have five positions integrator who used to perform various operations such as communications (telephone, radio, paging, messaging and data ...) and control infrastructure (opening gates and barriers, traffic light control and video surveillance cameras).

Such operations are carried out daily for service management and as part of daily checks.

In 2015, through the digital integrator, 15,000 calls were received (of which 9,000 were emergency), 10,000 were made and settled from the Command and Operational Coordination 27,000 Fire radio communications.

The Department of Traffic and Public Safety invest in this service a maximum of 46,000 euros for two years
