Two arrested for extorting a minor (23/05/2016)

The two arrested by the National Police threatened his victim, fourteen years, show a photo of himself smoking a cigarette

The extortion lasted two months in which the child stole their relatives, repeatedly, small amounts of money to a total of 1,600 euros

National Police agents have arrested two people suspected of a crime of extortion.

Late last April, the District Police Station of El Carmen was aware of the situation that was living less than fourteen years a resident of the village of El Palmar age.

This child had befriended two boys of 20 and 31, both of Moroccan nationality;

adults invited him to eat pizza and delivered to different areas of Murcia city and Cartagena, missing the lower classes in their secondary school.

One day one of the guys offered to lower a cigarette and after that he took a picture;

From that moment the two men began to threaten to show the picture to her parents but they gave a sum of money.

Thus began a journey of continuous threats during the months of March and April;

every time I saw him demanding money.

The youngest began to steal small amounts to his parents and his brother then gave his extortionists, reaching an amount of 1,600 euros.

The victim of this extortion was attended last May 11 by the doctor where he was diagnosed in a situation of nerves and anxiety.

Agents of the National Police, aware of these facts through the child's parents, made various investigations in order to identify the perpetrators;

A few days ago two men were arrested by the Unit of Family and Women Group of Minors of the National Police Headquarters of Murcia.
