39,870 calls were managed over this year (an average of 17 per user) and has made 3,100 home visits (1.5 interventions per household), with a response time on calls of 11 seconds and an average duration of two minutes and 15 seconds.

The service "allows people living alone have the assurance that crisis situations can contact via phone with a center where they serve specialized people," said the Minister of Social Rights.
