Councilman Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesus Pacheco, and the president of OMEP, Manoli Marin, attended this morning the first day of the training program consolidation companies, organized thanks to the collaboration between the City and the Women Business and Professionals of Murcia (OMEP).
This new cycle addressed independently, different topics such as the development of the commercial offer, the growth process, people management, efficiency at work and finance for growth.

During the opening day, which was attended by thirty people it has been treated 'Business Base is selling: development of the commercial offer, process, content, negotiation, account management'
The program is completed with the following topics:
2 June- The growth process: the entrepreneur to the consolidation project.
16 June- People management: pros and cons of growth;
the delegation and the promotion of the company.
29 September- efficiency at work.
Gains in productivity and capacity through project management.
20 October- Finance for growth.
Financial information, know and interpret;
Finance for Non-Financial.
All sessions will be held from 10 am to 14 hours and will be held at the Center of Municipal Initiatives Murcia.
