The College of Education and Primary Santiago Garcia Mede, the hamlet of Murcia Era Alta, has been selected to participate in the third day 'Educating entrepreneurial talent from school', to be held on July 2 in Girona.
The Director General of Educational Innovation and Attention to Diversity, Ana Millán, visited the center and met the entrepreneurial project that will present the school.
The Ministry of Education and Universities called this course the program to promote entrepreneurial talent in primary education under the agreement between the Community and Princess of Girona Foundation, with the support of the Trilema Foundation.
The goal is to provide teachers of this educational stage the keys to entrepreneurial training competition in the classroom and accompany the same in the design and implementation of projects in schools and evaluate them.
The final phase of the program in the region consisted of a conference, which was held on May 10, in which the projects were presented in each one of the participating centers, where they reflected on the impact on student learning and he was selected to CEIP Santiago García Medel.
The project will be presented in Girona is called 'Planning our future', and he has tried to motivate the educational community center, promoting enthusiasm for their work and a sense of belonging to school and become known in the environment.
Students also generated a number of ideas to demonstrate what the center means to them.
Thus, informational posters distributed by the establishments of the town were developed, an open door and talk to publicize the facilities were organized.
Likewise, Mary Immaculate College Eagles, who conducted the training program in the Community, has also been selected to participate in this conference of national character and tell their experience.
'A view of Eagles' is the project of this center and focuses on making students in tourism promoters of the town.
