This morning was held at the headquarters of COITIRM Official College of Industrial Engineers of the Region of Murcia a day in which has set out the guidelines to follow to develop good communication, not only in the professional field but also in personal especially by strengthening the managerial skills that define a leader.
The initiative, deployed under the framework of collaboration between the ITM Institute of the Catholic University of Murcia UCAM and COITIRM Technology, has enjoyed the participation of technical professionals from various fields.
A theoretical and practical assistants, hand Pablo Blesa, vice-rector of International Relations and Dean of the Faculty of Communication at the UCAM, have worked on improving the quality of communication and confrontation of hearings, taking into consideration speech preparation;
techniques and tools for correct declamation;
and the use of new technologies to support the scene.
During the day, Blesa has highlighted the need to strengthen cross leadership skills along the formative path, considering the "communication as something capital to sell, connect, manage and increase success immediately in organizations" .
For its part, the executive director of ITM, Sofia Fernandez, wanted to highlight the importance of such actions for the "promotion of training, research and youth employment" thanking "the trust that SMEs and business associations region are putting in the UCAM, as a training partner for the improvement and qualification of active employees. "
