Councilman Municipal Socialist Group, Enrique Ayuso, has said today that the report of the Legal Council of the Region of Murcia (CJRM) on replacing the president of the Municipal Board of Nonduermas shows that Mayor Jose Ballesta has tried to keep blocking the management of this parish, by delaying the convening of the plenary where you choose a new one, in this case the candidate of the PSOE, Carmen Romero López.
"The residents of Nonduermas have lost almost half a year of good management of the Municipal Board," said Ayuso, "because since days after the appointment of the PP mayor he lost the confidence of most vowels, and both José Ballesta as councilman Jose Guillen wanted to delay the election of a new mayor for purely electoral reasons. "

The opinion of CJRM notes that the presidents of the municipal boards may be dismissed by the full thereof, by applying by analogy from the Regulation of Citizen Participation and Districts of the City of Murcia which refers to the removal of the village headman by loss of confidence.
The Legal Council indicates that there will be proceeding to the call for an extraordinary meeting by the chairman of the board, "as agenda setting debate and vote cessation thereof and the election of a new one"
"What will happen in Nonduermas is that democratic normality is restored, as an extraordinary plenary session of the Municipal Board, which will be requested by the four members of the PSOE and the representative of Citizens, will allow the choice of Carmen Lopez as new mayor to replace the current PP, Isidro Zapata ".
