A student of the Region of Murcia gets the bronze medal at the Olympiad Informatics Spanish (05/07/2010)

Victor Manuel Ruiz Sanchez, a student of the institute Sewer Alcántara, won a bronze medal at the XIV Olympiad Informatics Spanish, held at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Murcia representatives Victor Manuel Ruiz Sanchez, Pedro Sanchez Lopez and Javier Cervantes Garcia, who came as finalists in the Regional Olympiad organized by the Faculty of Informatics, University of Murcia, competed with nearly 40 participants from secondary schools throughout Spain.

Students also enjoyed other activities, such as a guided tour MareNostrum and participation in a competition of robots sumo wrestlers.
