The Romea Theatre and the Circus Theatre will host the cycle dedicated to Cervantes Year (26/04/2016)

During the month of October, the Romea Theatre and the Circus Theatre will host three shows dealing around the figure of the writer.

Thus, the Romea Theatre will be the venue chosen for Mysteries of Don Quixote, a theatrical reflection Rafael Alvarez El Brujo makes about Cervantes dichotomy: Don Quixote and Sancho.

The artist Carmen Cortés take the Teatro Circo Murcia one danced of the novel 'The Gypsy girl' version.

The illustrious and Barcelona veteran dancer, gypsy, believes that Cervantes in this novel, made '' an offering to the Roma people ''.

In the area of ​​visual arts, Cajamurcia Foundation will organize a related shows with the work of Miguel de Cervantes, to be held in Room Cajamurcia Belluga and that is part of the series 'The privilege of looking', coordinated by Cristobal Belda, Footprints project director and professor of Art History.

The privilege of looking aims to teach to look at a work of art, interpreting and contextualizing original masterpiece through sketches, drawings, texts and other exhibition resources.

Within this cycle, the Chamber Cajamurcia samples Belluga has hosted artists such as Pedro Orrente, Manuel Muñoz Barberán, Pedro Flores, Ramón Gaya, Pedro Cano, Lidó Rico, Gonzalez Moreno and Antonio Martínez Mengual.
