The Governing Board of the City of Murcia, has this morning approved an amount of 215,000 euros for the call for funding various programs of action on social rights with the aim of carrying out projects or intervention activities in different sectors of the population .

The sectors of the target population are families, elderly, disabled, adolescents, immigrants, Roma community, volunteer groups at risk of social exclusion, among others.

In addition to the above actions, the entities participating in the call may request that a percentage of the grant is intended for maintenance of the Entity.

The beneficiaries of this initiative of the Department of Social Rights who directs Conchita Ruiz Caballero, are entities non-profit establishment in the municipality of Murcia, which collect in their statutory purposes conducting activities aimed at any of the groups that are the subject of the call.

In 2015 beneficiaries were 53 entities totaling € 200,000.
