The Governing Board of the City of Murcia, has this morning approved an annual amount of 100,000 euros for the project host for integration and convalescent care to 30 immigrants from Murcia Welcomes Association.
With this initiative of the Department of Social Rights who directs Conchita Ruiz Caballero, it is intended to respond to the social and health needs of immigrants who, being in convalescence, lack the resources to respond to their situation of need, and homeless in which to perform recovery.
The social and health care project is managed immigrants through shelters suitable for the needs of these convalescents.
In addition, households maintained and conform to the needs of those being received;
accommodation and meals will be provided to immigrants received, in the case of women with or without dependents;
training and learning workshops will be held;
and will seek medical care and / or psychological.
