NOW MURCIA denounced the alleged illegal construction of industrial buildings in floor garden, as it has confirmed the presence of heavy machinery on a plot of Vereda del Catalán, Santa Cruz, who is doing earthworks and plowing without, apparently, with a license.
Councilwoman Alicia Morales explains that the Department of Planning found the municipal formation which is a spokesperson that the plot is not licensed to work and not even requested.
"It was an open secret in the area that this was happening, but Navarro Corchón done nothing to stop these allegedly illegal orchard floor works," says the mayor.
Morales explains that the Neighborhood Association of Vereda del Catalán and now Murcia have today given notice to the local police on these facts, in person at the police plot from the headquarters Alquerías and an inspector of planning and carrying out allegedly corresponding report.
The municipal training and requested information from the Department of Planning last December 29 on the status of this plot, to know if you have some sort of planning permission or if their owners have requested, obtaining nearly two months after a negative response by Navarro Corchón to both questions.
Given all these facts, now Murcia registered today respective internal communications in the Department of Planning and the Traffic and Public Safety, requesting complete copies of the reports made by the urbanistic inspection as well as reports and records made by the local police .
