The Michelin star Fernando Canales surprises with its 'masterclass' on verdel students Gastronomy (11/04/2016)

The cycle 'Entre Chefs', organized by the Degree in Gastronomy of the Catholic University of Murcia, has continued this morning with his last hand workshop Basque chef Fernando Canales.

As usual cycle took place at the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia (CCT), where this afternoon continues to open to the public and Michelin star Chef 2 soles Repsol paper.

Gastronomy students have learned to cook three dishes: 'mackerel fillet with sumac' 'marinated mackerel with vanilla and argan oil' and 'tartare salad with cucumber, avocado and mackerel'.
