Service Fire Fighting and Rescue will in the coming months with two new fire engines that will modernize the current fleet, so as to continue to improve the means available to the Fire

Specifically, they will acquire two rural fire engine heavy vehicles, Scania brand, with a capacity of 4,000 liters of water.

These trucks are equipped with foam and can be used for extinguishing fires in all types of accidents.

The new vehicles replace two similar vehicles that have exceeded 20 years of service, in order to continue improving the service provided to citizens firefighters.

At present, the operational envelope of Service Firefighting city of Murcia has 37 vehicles, spread over 7 headship vehicles, 6 vehicles van light, 6 vehicles tall, 4 nurse pumpers, 3 rural pumps, 2 vehicles Van Salvamentos several fire engines and 9 (7 BUP and 2 BUL)
