A course at the University of Mar analyze the proposals of political parties in the field of labor law (06/04/2016)

"Labour Law in the new legislature: present and perspectives" is the title of the course of the International University of Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum, to be held in the premises of the Economic and Social Council of the Region of Murcia (Calle Mayor Gaspar de la Peña 1) between 20 and 22 April.

The course is led by professors at the University of Murcia José Luján Alcaráz and Carmen Sánchez Trigueros.

According to officials of the course "The elections of December 2015 showed that problems relating to labor relations have come to occupy an important place among the concerns of citizens and those who aspire to govern their destinations," adding that "now is the time for change proposals are analyzed and contrasted with the situation ".

The course tries to analyze the proposals in the field of labor law, analyzing issues such as forms of contracts, consequences of unlawful dismissal, configuration of SREs, internal flexibility, working time arrangements, etc.

In the activity Teachers of half a dozen Spanish schools and various judges involved.

The activity has a duration of 25 hours and who enroll in it shall be entitled to 2.5 free elective credit or credit ECTS-CRAU.
