From the Department of Administration Modernization, Urban Quality and Participation is working on the application of new technological tools that significantly facilitate the transparent work of the municipal boards.

Specifically, it is the implementation of the Platform for Open Management formed by a public exchange of approved suppliers, which provide e-procurement in a transparent manner, ensuring the public interest.

Also they are developing management applications as CLARA, fruit of the collaboration agreement between the City and the University of Murcia, for the management of works, services and supplies under municipal boards.

It is an innovative information system that will facilitate the contractor selection and streamline the management of applications according to the principles of publicity, competition and transparency.
