The Convent of San Antonio hosts the exhibition of painting 'Carbon Neutral' (16/03/2016)

The International Congress Laudato Si 'integral ecology and environment held in the UCAM from 2 to 6 March brought together hundreds of people of different nationalities in honor of Pope Francisco in relation to the environment.

One of the activities under this congress, which opened last March 4 during it, is the exhibition 'Painting Carbon'.

A sample of art displayed in the Convent of San Antonio until the day April 3, 10 to 14 and from 17 to 21 hours from Monday to Saturday.

The landscape of our land dormant pure state is what is intended to reflect in these paintings.

The beauty of the environment, environmental culture and an ethical commitment to the environment are some of the values ​​that are trying to promote through these works of art.

The exhibition is provided by the study of architecture and plastic art 'Art Muher', which involved Muñoz Francisca Rodriguez, interior designer and artist multicisplinar and Manuel Fernández Delgado, director of the Museum Ramon Gaya.

Muher she born in the 80s and is known by critics as a solo artist with two souls, the Francisca and Manuel.

His works are exhibited in the US, China, the main circuits of art.

Facing the Jubilee Year 2017, in Caravaca de la Cruz, this couple aims to create a unique and commemorative work, until then we can enjoy his art at the Convent of San Antonio, Murcia.
