The Temple of Jeronimos Monastery will host next Thursday, from 10:15 hours, the Days of Military Law organized by the Law Degree UCAM, and its new Masters in Military Law, which will be presented during the course of the event.
In the opening ceremony Alcahud intervene Irene Dominguez-Martin-Peña, acting undersecretary of Defense of the Government of Spain;
José Luis Mendoza, president of the Catholic University of Murcia;
Adolfo Diaz-Baustista Cremades, vice dean of the degree, and Juan Carlos de la Cerra, director of the Conference.
The event, open to anyone interested in issues related to the Armed Forces, will be developed through presentations such as those taught Matamoros Rafael Eduardo Martinez, a resident of the Central Military Court, who will speak on competition and organization of military jurisdiction;
and Fernando Marin Castan, tax magistrate of the Military Division of the Supreme Court, which will focus its intervention in the military legal prosecution.
Also take part in this event, Juan Manuel Garcia, general counsel for the defense, with his presentation "The new law on disciplinary regime of the Armed Forces'.
José Manuel Armada, Legal adviser to the headquarters of the Navy, will be responsible for coordinating the table.
Note that this Master in Military Law is new in the legal field as it is the first to be taught in Spain with these characteristics.
