More than 1,000 people will participate in the Solidarity March II family of Fuenteblanca Schools, Our Lady of Bethlehem, Atocha and La Arrixaca (07/03/2016)

Sunday April 10 will take place the II Marcha Cycle-tourist Solidarity Family, presented by the Councillor for Education, University Relations and Heritage, Rafel Gómez and organized by the Associations of Parents of Pupils (AMPAS) of Colleges Fuenteblanca, Our Lady of Bethlehem, Atocha and La Arrixaca.

This second edition is born from the success of the initiative last year with the celebration of the First Run Cycle-tourist Solidarity, in which over 700 people participated, and where 1,100 euros was raised for the benefit of the Vicente Ferrer Association and 2,500 kg of nonperishable food that were delivered to Caritas Parish of Santiago and Zaraiche (Murcia).

Associations of Parents of Fuenteblanca Schools, Ntra. Sra. De Belen, Atocha and Arrixaca all the northeast of the city of Murcia, are responsible for organizing this project, in collaboration with the management of schools , consisting of a nice and easy distance of 6 km cycling, walking, rollerblading or running, suitable for all audiences, which is scheduled to depart at 10:30 am starting from the Nuestra Señora de Atocha College and you will like arrival point school Our Lady of Bethlehem.

According to the councilor of education, the goal of this march is "to gather few essential foods (milk, cocoa or sugar) Murcia Red Cross needs daily to provide food to children from needy families."

In addition, he stressed the mayor, "to make financial donations to benefit integro Vicente Ferrer Foundation, Association soldiers Ainara Queen and Murcia All Heart Association to help those most in need."

Rafael Gomez has indicated that "the products collected will be delivered to the Red Cross of Murcia, while the money raised will go to the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, being intended for research Cach syndrome, a neurodegenerative disease."

After the march, participants can enjoy other activities such as a children's show live from the 'Patrol Canine and his friends', where they dance, sing and have fun with their favorite characters like Chase or Marshall, hand Sonrrilandia, children's shows hand Activate Your World and live exhibition of Spanish flamenco dancer young Alejandro Lopez.
