600 families under social risk receive school supplies and participating in leisure activities to "break the cycle of poverty" (04/03/2016)

Social Rights promotes support three projects schooling and leisure activities.

One of the programs provide school supplies to 150 schools under 30 whose families are in a situation of socio-economic hardship.

Breaking the cycle of child poverty

The third project of Social Rights approved this morning by the Governing Board has been referred to the access of minors at social exclusion complementary activities designed by the South Murcia city center.

It aims to break the cycle of child poverty and out of social risk of these children, providing them with the resources and means necessary for their full personal and social development.

To achieve this, the project includes the participation of 113 children in extracurricular activities -Excursions farms, educational, cultural tours, theater, cinema, etc., and complementary activities summer-schools, camps, colonies, workshops, sports, tutoring, etc., as well as access to the resources needed for standardization in schools and leisure time, in coordination with the school -acquisition school supplies for workshops, clothing and sports spectacles or material.
