The Parrandboleros and Nuria Ferg, major figures in the fourteenth edition of the competition of Tunas "Barrio de El Carmen" (25/06/2010)

A total of 11 pears from Spain, Colombia, Mexico and Baja California will participate this year in the XIV edition of International Tuna Competition "Barrio del Carmen", which will take place on 8, 9 and 10 July at the Artillery Barracks .

The Tunas Contest organized by the Tuna Universitaria del Distrito de Murcia-1912 and sponsored by the City and the University of Murcia, El Corte Inglés, Estrella Levante, Caja Mediterráneo, Cajamurcia, envy, and Casa de la Ermita, not only will music this landmark exhibition of Murcia, but their participants, a total of 400, made rounds through the streets of the city, Murcia inviting you to join this great event.

Every night there will be free tasting for all attendees.

The two awards given by the competition have fallen this year in the group Murcia Los Parrandboleros as Grand Master and the singer Nuria Ferg, as Godmother.

The Parrandboleros also be the main features special concert event, to be held on Friday 9, and promises many surprises with the special participation of the District and Nuria Tuna Fergó.

The painter Mülenen Nono Garcia has been the poster, which this year represents the tambourine as a characteristic and carnation musical nod.

All this in a clear homage to the painting of Ramon Gaya, on its anniversary.
