[Tranv�a de Murcia obtains the highest rating from its users since the measurements began in 2012 (19/01/2021)

| In total, a global satisfaction index of 8.7 out of 10 has been obtained, by of users surveyed during the month of November 2020 | TranvÃa de Murcia has obtained the highest rating from its users since the measurements began in 2012, reaching an overall satisfaction index of 8.7 out of ten. Thus, 98.2% of the users surveyed say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the service, of which 56.3% are very satisfied.

It should also be noted that no respondent fails the Murcia Tram, in any of the aspects subject to assessment, and that, of the 20 attributes to assess, 19 are higher than 8 points, which is a clear indicator of excellence in the public transport service that TranvÃa de Murcia develops.
