| This waiting list is created to hire staff dedicated to gardening and is composed of 98 people with disabilities who have been valued their degrees, training and work experience | The Governing Board has approved today the waiting list for the gardening workforce for the temporary hiring of this category for people with disabilities to carry out garden work in municipal nurseries .

It is the first time that a list has been created with this profile of people with disabilities in its entirety and that allows hiring people through the Park and Garden Service. This list, made up of the Personnel Service, dependent on the Pedan�as and Neighborhoods council led by Marco Antonio Fern�ndez, at the request of the Urban Development council led by Jos� Guill�n , is made up of 98 people with disabilities who have been valued their qualifications, training and work experience. The objective of this action is to promote the municipal incubator as a center for labor integration for people with disabilities. The collaboration between the Murcia City Council and associations of people with disabilities has allowed dozens of young people to have carried out professional training programs and work practices in the El Mayayo municipal nursery and now have access to a position of work, thus closing the cycle of labor integration training, apprenticeship and inclusion in the labor market.
