European Circular Economy Projects The Circular Economy Strategy will be a document aligned with the current Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation plans, as well as with the Urban Agenda 2030. Currently, the City Council is working on different European Circular Economy projects, such as the Hoop, Valuewaste, Cityloops or the Life Heatland. In addition, � within the framework of international commitments, Murcia has become, together with Seville, one of the two only Spanish cities to adhere to the declaration of circular cities, â € ˜ Circular Citiesâ € ™, � a commitment signed by cities from different countries to continue advancing on the path towards the transition to a circular and sustainable economy.
