| The Official College of Surveyors, Technical Architects and Building Engineers of the Region of Murcia has awarded these awards | Cristina Marchante Garc�a, graduated in Building Engineering, has been awarded for her Final Degree Project: `Enabling qualifications of an urban nature: Responsible Declaration in the Region of Murciaï ¿½, where the documentation and the procedure to follow for the work of conditioning of premises is studied.

The work has been directed by Fulgencio Avil�s Ingl�s, professor at the Escuela Polit�cnica Superior.

Arturo Mart�nez de Maya, with a Master's degree in Pathology and Intervention in Building, has been awarded as the best Master's Thesis for: `Manual of intervention on injuries most common in unprotected buildings in the historic center of Ceheg�n: Identification and action proposals.

Practical case of a typical single-family house, with the direction of Pedro Antonio D�az Guirado, professor at the Higher Polytechnic School.

At work, a housing model has been developed that has made it possible to define energy improvements, establish a budget and assess the impact and economic benefit, providing tangible and real data that help anyone who wants to carry out reforms and rehabilitations.
