[A total of 41 Citizen Assistance offices throughout the municipality will provide service with special hours until after Reyes (28/12/2020)

to 2 p.m.

| The Citizen Attention Service, dependent on the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, led by Mercedes Bernabé, will continue to provide service during the Christmas holiday period with special hours. Thus, a total of 41 offices throughout the municipality will remain open until after Reyes in order to serve the entire population and meet the daily demands that may arise during vacation days and holidays. "Our goal is to always be at the service of citizens and make all our services available to them.

This department has done so since the beginning of the pandemic and will continue to do so during these weeks," explains the mayor. The three central offices of Citizen Service, located in Plaza Europa, Abenarabi Building and Glorieta de España, will provide service until January 8, in the morning, from 9 a.m.
