| The Department of Sustainable Development and Huerta will invest in this contract a maximum price of 2,904,000 euros | The Governing Board has approved the terms of reference for contracting the service of subsidiary execution of works, reestablishment of urban legality, cleaning and / or fencing of lots and compliance with the duty of conservation by virtue of acts own of the Council of Sustainable Development and Huerta. It is a technical assistance contract that guarantees the intervention of the City Council in cases in which the owner of a plot or building fails to comply with the duty of conserving their assets in the conditions of hygiene, safety and decoration .

When a property or land that accumulates dirt or presents a risk to people is detected, Urbanism will transfer the order of intervention to the owners.

In the event that the stipulated term is met and it does not act, the company hired by Urbanismo will do so, in a subsidiary manner, at the owner's expense. His intervention will occur at the request of the City Council, according to the agreement approved today by the Governing Board. Thus, this contract includes orders for cleaning private plots, for imminent ruin and for actions on facades for security reasons, among others. The City Council will invest in this contract a maximum price of 2,904,000 euros for a period of 3 years.
