| The Governing Board has approved the specifications for the contracting of the project to build new sports facilities | The Governing Board has approved the specifications for contracting the project for the construction of changing rooms and improvements in the Corvera football field, whose base budget for the tender will be 198,440 euros. In this way, the district will improve its sports facilities with new facilities for users.

The performances will take place in a total area of ??417.12 square meters, located at Calle Payaso Regaeras, 22. Specifically, the project includes the construction of changing rooms for two teams that can be combined by four: changing rooms for referees, janitor, toilets, warehouse for facilities, warehouse for equipment and cleaning room. These facilities are part of the Corvera sports complex, which has a soccer field with artificial grass, along with other facilities.

For this reason, the space has the ideal characteristics to carry out a substantial improvement, providing the installation of changing rooms. The project contemplates the construction of a perimeter bioclimatic building taking advantage of available natural resources (sun, vegetation, rain and wind) to reduce environmental impacts and reduce energy consumption. In addition, this space will be used to protect the players during game breaks, taking advantage of the fact that it is a perfectly ventilated environment and at the same time protected by using a traditional ceramic material that allows perfect ventilation and air renewal.
