Rebeca Pérez: "The PSOE crushes public transport in Murcia by financing it with the hundredth part that it allocates to other cities such as Barcelona" (09/12/2020)

The Councilor for Sustainable Mobility, Rebeca Pérez, disfigures José Antonio Serrano who "supports Murcia receiving 1.5 million for the losses generated in the sector during the pandemic while his Government injects 150 million for Catalan transport" The mayor of the PP demands that "in the draft of the distribution of European funds for transport, the socialist government attend to the real needs of Murcian and cease the nonsense to which we are accustomed with the approval of Serrano and his team" The Councilor for Sustainable Mobility and Youth, Rebeca Pérez, has criticized that "the PSOE crushes public transport in Murcia by financing it with the hundredth part that it allocates to other cities such as Barcelona." Pérez disfigures the socialist spokesman José Antonio Serrano who "supports Murcia receiving 1.5 million for the losses generated in the sector during the pandemic while his Government injects 150 million for Catalan transport.

It seems that for Serrano a Murcian is worth 100 times less than a Catalan ". The popular mayor has regretted that "Serrano defends the excesses of his leader, even if they harm Murcians, whose interests he should put before political issues.

I remind him that Pedro Sánchez has not acted with justice with Murcia or its citizens.

For this reason, what Serrano should do is demand that his president comply with Murcia and its citizens.

" The popular councilor has denounced that "Serrano covers the concessions that his socialist government makes in the General State Budgets to the nationalists of Bildu and ERC.

Barcelona's transport is the only one that sees their needs covered.

The rest of us do not have the same luck.

, including Murcia, where the Government will not alleviate even a third of the losses generated by the coronavirus pandemic.

Serrano knows this information, but prefers to hide it.

" The mayor of the PP demands that "in the draft of the distribution of European funds for transport, the socialist government meets the real needs of Murcia and ceases the nonexistent to which we are accustomed with the approval of Serrano and his team." Along the same lines, he pointed out that "the Murcia City Council demands fair financing from European funds that allows it to safely cover the losses of its public transport.

These aid are not from the Government of Spain.

We only ask that the Executive is fair with the cast and do not be guided by cronyism or counterparts.

" Pérez encourages Serrano that "in defense of the interests of Murcians he supports this claim and for once put Murcia as a priority, instead of Pedro Sánchez as he usually does.

We trust that he will vary his criteria." The Councilor for Mobility has indicated that "until the PSOE adopts fairer and more equanimous policies, the Murcia City Council will continue to cover the needs and demands of all those hit by the coronavirus pandemic, including public transport, despite that he has not received a single euro from the Pedro Sánchez government to help this sector.
