| This lighting intervention, with backlit vinyl, will be shown every afternoon from 6 pm | The Councilor for Culture and Recovery of Heritage, Jesús Pacheco, has inaugurated this afternoon at the City Museum 'El belén iluminado', an initiative that allows pedestrians to see on the façade the figures of the nativity scene by José Nicolás Almansa that is preserved in the museum.This light intervention, with backlit vinyls, will be shown every afternoon from 6 pm.Thus, on the central balcony you can see the main motif of the nativity scene, the Nativity, which, for this occasion, has been arranged in such a way as to accentuate its Baroque style.
On the upper balconies the scene of the Magi appears, while on the lower balconies the 'Old Woman with a basket of eggs' and some adoring Shepherds are shown.The Nativity Scene by José Nicolás Almansa, displayed on the first and second floors of the City Museum, is a recreation of the Nativity Scene in Salzillo and was made in 1950 with polychrome baked clay.
