The TuMurcia application and the 010 telephone number are the channels most used by citizens for making complaints and suggestions (24/11/2020)

| The Citizen Attention Service has received a total of 3,413 requests during the first half of the year through the telephone channel, the TuMurcia App, electronic office and email | The councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, has chaired today an ordinary session of the Special Committee for Suggestions and Claims in which, in addition to approving the minutes of the previous session, she reported on the steps taken during the first semester of 2020 regarding complaints and suggestions, by the Citizen Information and Attention Service.In this way, a total of 3,413 requests are reflected through the different service channels: complaints and suggestions through 010 (1,234); notices and ideas through the TuMurcia application (2,023); electronic headquarters (82); and email of opinion and improvement (74).The requests most demanded by citizens through these channels correspond to urban cleaning services, industrial services, environment, works, decentralization, parks and gardens, Local Police, health, traffic, transportation and urban planning.Regarding the percentage of participation by input channel, the TuMurcia application represents more than 50% of the total number of requests, specifically notices, followed by the telephone (telephone 010) with more than 30%. “Citizens have direct channels to transfer any type of request or query to the local administration in a fast and agile way.

Your participation is very important to us for the improvement and proper functioning of municipal services ”, Mercedes Bernabé highlighted.Likewise, during the meeting the process of entry into force of the Organic Regulations of the Special Committee for Suggestions and Claims was reported, which must be definitively approved by the Plenary to be put into operation.
