This recognition is granted by the Cepaim Foundation.The managing director of Aguas de Murcia, Rafael Gómez, has received the plaque from the CEO of the Cepaim Foundation, Juan Antonio Segura.
The event was also attended by the councilors for Sustainable Development and Huerta y Elderly, Disability and Development Cooperation, Antonio Navarro and Paqui Pérez, respectively.

The award ceremony took place today at the Aguas de Murcia facilities.In addition, one of the latest innovations implemented in the accessible Aguas de Murcia office is the SVisual video and interpretation system, which allows people with hearing disabilities to contact the entity and carry out their respective procedures, in person or by phone , through the web www.emuasa.es.Attention in sign languageIn person, the user, upon arriving at the office and going to the information desk, where they will require assistance in sign language, will be able to use this new system.
To do this, a new table has been set up, from where it connects to the Interpretation Service when the user requests it from the Customer Service staff.This tabletop features a screen showing the sign language interpreter.
In this way, the user can carry out their management with the corresponding administrator, through the interpreter that will appear on the screen.Likewise, people with hearing disabilities can carry out their procedures through the Aguas de Murcia website, from a device with a screen that allows to reproduce the interpretations in sign language.
The user has to go to the telephone number 900 700 808 and request that they wish to be attended by a professional of this service.
At that moment, the interpreter appears on the device screen, providing you with the information you need.
