A video will be broadcast in which more than 570 minors have been turned over, through institutional social networks and on the Social Services website.Said manifesto, worked through the guide that Unicef ??has made available to all child participation councils at the state level, has been made with a participatory methodology.

The 570 minors who have been involved in its preparation also participate in the Childhood and Adolescence projects that the City Council carries out.
