The Cultural Reactive ´MantenYmiento 1.1´, the first exhibition that the Caballerizas Hall has hosted since its rehabilitation (18/11/2020)

| This photographic and artistic project collects more than 80 photographs on architectural complexes, military, religious, industrial architecture and garden architecture | The Councilor for Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesús Pacheco, this morning visited the assembly of the exhibition 'Maintenance 1.1 Are the ruins people?', The first exhibition that the Caballerizas Hall has hosted since its rehabilitation and which can be visited from the next Thursday until January 9.This photographic and artistic project, located in the first call of the Molinos del Río line of 'Reactivos Culturales' collects some 86 photographs from a catalog compiled by Juan de la Cruz Megías.It is an exhibition montage that collects the photographic work of architectural, military, religious, industrial architecture and garden architecture that have in common that they have different degrees of protection.'Maintenance 1.1' is a complex assembly in a room where it is intended to recreate the natural spaces of archaeological remains or monuments; earth, water, plants, stone and sky give shape to one of the photographic proposals with the greatest scientific and professional support around the heritage of the Region.With the collaboration of two archaeologists, María Haber Uriarte and Ana Baño López, and an architect, Enrique de Andrés, the initial inventory was expanded and the investigation was ordered with scientific criteria.The 'Cultural Reactives' program, which will allow 126 projects to be carried out in the municipality, has been recognized in Europe as an example of good practices to boost the cultural sector and respond to the difficulties that artists are facing due to of the health crisis.As a whole, the 'Cultural Reactives' program will involve an investment of more than 700,000 euros for the cultural sector, promoting the immediate hiring of selected cultural initiatives, with the aim of supporting talent in all its stages, both for established artists as well as those who are starting their careers in the sector.
