In this way, the organization has turned the congress into a great virtual event that all citizens can enjoy, via 'streaming', registering for free on the Murcia Gastronomic website.Three dishes with a Murcian flavorOn this occasion, the School of Hospitality will participate tomorrow, Tuesday in the virtual congress that brings together prominent chefs, from 1:30 p.m.

to 2:00 p.m., with the presentation "Plating the senses".

Thus, the students have prepared three dishes, using Murcian products from different locations in the Region, of high quality and with creative presentations, which they have called: 'Murciana cookie', 'Fusion tomato' and 'Pumpkin with monastrel'.Murcia City Council has been committed to Murcia Gastronomica since its inception, sponsoring the congress and, since 2017, it has collaborated with the students of the 'Murcia Employ' School of Hospitality, supporting the cooks during the activities that took place held in the Auditorium of the Congress Center of the Region of Murcia.In 2018 and 2019, the School of Hospitality began to collaborate more actively by setting up its own stand, from which the pedagogical work carried out by the School was disseminated, training and qualifying students in occupations of the professional hospitality family and Tourism.García Rex: "A great opportunity"The head of the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, on which the School of Hospitality depends, Pedro García Rex, describes the participation of students in this first-rate gastronomic congress as "a great opportunity".
