The City Council goes one step further to acquire the Armero Mill in order to rehabilitate it and return this space to Murcians (06/11/2020)

The property stands out for being a singular element and one of the most characteristic hydraulic constructions of the Huerta de Murcia.In this way, the City Council recovers a space for Murcians at the same time that it highlights a typical space of La Huerta and the territorial and cultural essence of Murcia.It must be remembered that last July the landscape protection plan of the strategic project of 'Las Fortalezas del Rey Lobo' was approved, which establishes the conservation measures and use of the environment of the Historic Site of Cabezo de Torres and Monteagudo .In this way, work is being done on the protection, revitalization and enhancement of the more than 1.6 million square meters of the Cabezo de Torres and Monteagudo Historic Site.
