DACEMUR claims the quality of life of patients and their families on Acquired Brain Damage Day (26/10/2020)

| Visit to the Region's Acquired Brain Damage Association (DACEMUR), located in a 210 m2 municipal building, in La Albatalía | The Mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the Councilor for the Elderly, Disability and Development Cooperation, Paqui Pérez, this morning visited the Association for Acquired Brain Injury of the Region (DACEMUR), located on Avenida de la Ñora, in La Albatalía , on the occasion of Acquired Brain Damage Day, which is commemorated today, October 26, and which coincides with the 25th anniversary of the Spanish Federation of Brain Injury (FEDACE)."DACEMUR is one of those entities that carry out essential work and that are essential in our civil society, which was founded in 2002 and currently responds to more than 20 users in Murcia, in addition to their families, with more than 180 partners ”, highlighted the Murcian councilor during the visit, accompanied by the president of the association, Isabel López and the vice president, who read a protest manifesto, in which he highlighted“ the need to make visible both the group and their families, as their therapeutic and social inclusion needs ”.“In a context as complicated as the one we live in, from FEDACE and DACEMUR we continue to build dignity.
