Santiago y Zaraíche gains more than 2,000 square meters of green areas with the development of a new residential area (23/10/2020)

| The project also includes the construction of more than a hundred houses | The Governing Board has given the green light to start the reparcelling project of the Action Unit VI of the Special Plan UM-114 of Santiago and Zaraiche.The proposal includes an area of ??2,150 square meters for the construction of new green areas.In the same way, the project contemplates the construction of more than a hundred houses, with a total area of ??operation of this plan of 16,010 square meters.7,846.13 square meters are reserved for public facilities, while 5,675.13 square meters will be allocated for the construction of streets and public parking lots.This action unit is located next to the Reino de Murcia avenue in the vicinity of Río Zumeta street.The City Council maintains its commitment to structuring equally all the territories of the municipality by promoting improvements in the services provided both in the neighborhoods and in the districts.
