Los Molinos del Río host the III edition of "Comersaciones" with gastronomic communication as the main course (20/10/2020)

| The event will be held next Monday, October 26, under the title 'Conserva tu Essence' | The mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the Minister of Tourism, Youth and Sports, María Cristina Sánchez, the Councilor for Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García, the head of communication for Estrella de Levante, Yayo Delgado, and the Coordinator of 'Comersaciones', Sergio Gallego, presented this morning the III edition of 'Comersaciones', which will take place next Monday, October 26, under the title 'Conserva tu Essence'."Los Molinos del Río will host this gastronomic event, to share current tools and concepts in culinary matters, and to remind us that Murcia will once again be the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy in 2021", highlighted José Ballesta during the event, held at the Estrella Levante factory, adding that "we will resume a project that was interrupted by the health crisis, following all safety and hygiene protocols, and with the axes that guided us in 2020: gastronomy is culture and Murcia Capital Gastronomica sinks its roots in the idiosyncrasy and personality of Murcians ".The meeting will be held with limited capacity and will be broadcast live, via streaming, through Estrella de Levante's YouTube channel.  Key tools in gastronomic communicationSpecifically, the speakers of the third edition of 'Comersaciones' will bring a more professional vision to the world of gastronomic communication, putting on the table the tools and concepts of contemporary society, giving advice on how to 'Conserve the essence'.

They will be:-Alberto Talavera, press officer of Grupo Quique Dacosta.

Journalist by vocation, he has managed to direct the communication, marketing and 'management' of Grupo Quique Dacosta.

After going through media such as Europa Press or Intereconomía, he is part of the Globomedia communication team, which manages this gastronomic holding with four Michelin stars.

The Quique Dacosta Restaurant group is one of the flagships of international creative cuisine.-Gorak El Gorila, Instagram influencer.

Behind his custom-made gorilla costume, as featured in his posts, stands a food critic.

Since 2016 he has toured the best restaurants inside and outside of Spain to give his particular point of view.

Each Gorak post is a coup of authority on the social media table.-Andrés Rodríguez, editor and director of the Tapas Magazine.

President, editor and founder of Spainmedia, the publishing house in charge of putting the main gastronomic magazine in the country: 'Tapas' on the newsstands.

Since 1990 he has been linked to the national press through media such as El Independiente, El Sol, El Gran Musical, Rolling Stone or El Español.

Before founding SpainMedia and taking over headlines such as Forbes or TAPAS, he was also part of Grupo Prisa and Grupo Z.-Jorge Martínez, advertising creative.

Since 2011, he has directed Germinal Comunicación while managing solo projects.

In 'Comersaciones 2020' he will give his vision on how to preserve the essence of a restaurant through advertising communication.-Sacha Hormaechea, chef and gastronomic popularizer.
